My name is Joanne McNeil.  I graduated from the University of Calgary in 1982 with a Bachelor of Education majoring in Special Education and a diploma in Early Childhood Education.  I have thirty years of teaching experience, which includes the regular classroom setting, a special congregated setting as a literacy specialist and a system support specialist.  Additional training includes Early Reading Intervention, Later Literacy and Phonographix training.
